EXPANDED STATES THERAPY, PREPARATION, INTEGRATION
Expanded States Therapy, Preparation & Integration
Including support for psychedelic experiences, meditation, and spiritual emergence
“Psychedelics are to the study of the mind what the microscope is to biology and the telescope is to astronomy.”
— Stanislav Grof
There are moments in life when something has to change.
It becomes unavoidable—heavy, burdensome.
It speaks through dreams, ruptures, and glimpses beyond the ordinary structure of self.
What matters is not just the opening, but what you do with it.
This work is about learning how to walk through that opening—and into the person you are capable of becoming.
Psychedelics and expanded-state experiences can be deeply supportive tools in this journey. They can reveal possibility, beauty, pain, truth, confusion, insight, and material that has long lived beneath the surface. When approached with care, intention, and the right support, these experiences can become catalysts for both meaningful change and profound healing.
Psychedelics have been deeply instrumental in my own growth, and over the last two decades personally, and six years professionally, I have witnessed how powerful these tools can be when approached skillfully, ethically, and in the right setting.
Beginning in 2020, I pursued formal training in psychedelic-assisted therapeutic work. My path began with Cannabis Assisted Psychedelic Therapy and Ketamine Assisted Psychedelic Therapy while working for the clinic Medicinal Mindfulness in Boulder, Colorado. Following the passage of the Natural Medicine Health Act in Colorado in 2022, I also began formally offering psilocybin-related therapeutic support within that legal context.
In 2025, I was overjoyed to move to the paradisal Powell River, BC, where I began offering my skills to my local community. I work with individuals locally in Powell River, BC, as well as online.
What This Work Is
This work is grounded in:
Transpersonal psychotherapy
Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
Jungian and archetypal frameworks
Integration practices that bring insight into lived reality
A respect for the sacred through your own spiritual lens
This is not about chasing peak experiences.
It is about turning insight into embodiment.
Turning vision into change.
Turning opening into a life that actually feels different.
A Note on Substances
I do not provide or supply any substances.
Clients are fully responsible for their own choices. My role is to offer therapeutic support through:
Preparation — clarity, safety, intention, and inner readiness
Support — grounded, non-directive presence when appropriate
Integration — helping make meaning of the experience and bring it into daily life
